Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. The service

Shipd generates, previews, and deploys web applications from your prompts and connected repositories. The service is provided as-is while we are in early access; features may change as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Team owners are responsible for the members they invite.

3. Your code and content

Everything Shipd generates for you belongs to you. Your prompts, repositories, and generated code remain yours — deploy, push, or export them at any time. We never train on your private code.

4. Connected services

When you connect GitHub, Vercel, Figma, or an API key, you authorise Shipd to act on those services on your behalf, strictly to provide the features you invoke. Disconnecting removes our access; resources already created on those services (repositories, deployments, domains) remain yours and stay where they are.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Shipd to build or distribute malware, to infringe others' rights, or to attack the service itself. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Token top-up packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.

7. Liability

Shipd is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
